When you use this website or submit an intake form, we may collect your name, email address and the health and lifestyle information you share with us. We also collect anonymised website analytics through Google Analytics, which does not identify you personally.
Your information is used solely to build your personalised Ayurvedic plan and to communicate with you about it. If you have opted in, we may also send occasional updates from Sattva & Sage. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for any other purpose.
We use specialist digital tools to help produce your plan. Your information is not retained by these tools beyond your session.
Your information is stored securely and retained for up to two years, after which it is permanently deleted. Health data is treated as special category data under UK GDPR and handled with the highest level of care.
